Reversals. How to identify them and neutralize them.

Polarity Reversals are perhaps the biggest obstacle that can block tapping from working. This is not the same as the Psychological Reversal discussed in the EFT Basic Manual. There are two types of Reversals that can prohibit tapping from working efficiently. Knowing how to identify and neutralize them can substantially increase one's effectiveness. The most common Reversal is the Secondary Benefit Syndrome (SBS) which can stop tapping in its tracks. It really just a subconscious resistance to change and we all experience this frequently in our lives.

The second , less common type of Reversal, is the General Polarity Reversal (GPR.) This little e-book teaches both Reversal types, which helps even new students get MUCH better results with tapping.

Hi! Please join us via a digital audio recording to learn a cool a powerful tapping technique I developed called “Bundling Baggage"... the emotional garbage that most of us carry around for years. The worst kind of baggage is often accumulated in childhood when we are so suggestible. Each event in our formative years represents a huge percentage of our overall life experience, so negative events or words become much more impactful.

If you were repetitively yelled at by your parents, siblings or peers, or had an alcoholic mother or father who ignored you, or was abusive toward you, then you received multiple messages that you were not OK, didn’t matter, or that you just weren’t good enough. Unfortunately, those messages are written on the indelible slate of who you are as an impressionable child.

These repetitive messages become baggage (blocked meridians) that can generate anger, resentment, a sense of unworthiness, self-loathing and much more. Left untreated, these blocked meridians cause further damage to our spirit and our entire body.  

Baggage can also manifest itself in sabotaging relationships, having low self-esteem, getting stuck in your career, financial failures, fears, anxiety, depression and countless other problems. Every year I see hundreds of clients with numerous emotional or physical problems caused by the insensitive way they were treated while growing up.  

The Bundling Baggage technique will teach you how to eradicate many or even all of these messages in one fell swoop. By using “Borrowing Benefits” during the class, you may be able to eliminate many of your own old issues just by tapping along with us.
