Hi Lindsay, Thanks for you tip about changing your thoughts. I hadn't realized how negative my thinking had become and how much it was affecting my reality. I've been quite focused on monitoring my thoughts now and converting them to something more productive. I was asked to complete a huge project at work in an unreasonable amount of time.
