A high-speed Internet connection (to be able to view the videos) A dial-up connection will not show the videos properly and you'll be frustrated, I'm sure.

An experienced tapping buddy or MTT practitioner to help you work on issues that you'll likely need help to clear in order to get unstuck

If you are a newbie to tapping (that is you don't have solid tapping skills) and want to participate in the Getting Unstuck series, here are some ways you can get that foundation.

Take our 6-part, online Level 1 "Basics and Beyond" Web-Class. Participate from the comfort of your home or office as you watch this pre-recorded class and tap along. You'll still need the other requirements: high-speed Internet, someone to practice with, and a strong desire to make changes in your life. Read about the Level 1 and 2 courses here.

Or you could see a private practitioner at least 2 or 3 times (which would be good for you to do either way.) Find one of my preferred practitioners on this site, or check out practitioners trained elsewhere at www.TappingInternational.com

If you don't like either of the above options you can at least get our Starter Package of tele-class audios. You still need someone to practice with, but at least you'll have some basic knowledge and skills.

You can watch my videos on YouTube at www.YouTube.com/proeft but you still need to practice with someone. Just watching doesn't teach you how to do something.

If you are new to tapping and do not want to do any of the above, then I recommend that you do NOT register for the "Getting Unstuck" web-class. We will be teaching you several advanced techniques in this class so you need to know the basics (and beyond) before going further. Not getting a solid foundation in tapping will leave you feeling left behind and even more stuck and frustrated with the "Unstuck" class. I'm just being honest with you. :-)
