Hello, and welcome to our Fees page. To make my coaching services easy and affordable, I've set up several different pre-paid payment packages and other options. You can pay-as-you-go, or choose a pre-paid package option before or after your first session.  I accept major credit cards and payments via PayPal including checks.  Please read much more about our services below.

Hourly Rates & Policies (face to face and phone sessions are the same price):

• My fees for private sessions are based on an hourly rate at $160 an hour
• I prefer doing 90-minute sessions (as do my clients) since we can accomplish much more that way. The total for a 90-minute session is $240
• All first sessions should be 90 minutes, however
• After the first session you can choose 45-minute, 60-minute or 2-hour sessions, based on the hourly rate. The choice is yours!  

Because I include a lot of extras in my sessions (before and after) you are actually getting much more of my time than you'll be paying for. :-)

Here are just some of the extras your sessions will include:

• Extensive Intake Form Evaluations by me prior to your first session, saving us valuable time during your session. You fill out our comprehensive Intake Form/Application and I take you on as a client only if I feel comfortable that I can help you. If I feel you would be suited for someone else, I'll refer you to them, along with the information you've already provided us.
• Toll-free sessions by phone. I call you "on my dime" (within the Continental U.S.,) saving you toll charges.
• Free digital audio recordings of your sessions (phone or in person) This is priceless for your growth. My clients think having recordings of their sessions is one of the most valuable tools they have.
• Many free audio downloads, articles, tele-classes, and other surprises.
• I use "Progressive Progressive Emotional Release" techniques, which is an EFT Cousin. It allows me to work faster and more efficiently than most, requiring less time and fewer sessions to deal with your issues. Yay!
• I start sessions exactly on time, so you never have to wait for my call or "in the waiting room."

My appointment times are valuable and irreplaceable, so I do have a cancellation policy.  If you need to reschedule a session, please let us know 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid being billed.

Packaged Rates:

To encourage your commitment to continued growth and pursuit of happiness, I offer discounted, pre-paid packages. As stated above the first appointment is always a 90-minute session, and I recommend them thereafter. However, with pre-paid packages you are buying time blocks, so you can mix and match the lengths of your sessions to match your schedule. Because tapping works fast, and I work fast, we can accomplish more in 3 sessions than in months or years of traditional therapy (that would total tens of thousands of dollars.)

You can decide if you want a package plan at the end of our first session (and convert your single payment into a package.)  You can also combine packages or even break a 90-minute session into two 45-minute sessions.  I am flexible and open to discussing whatever format best meet your needs.

90 minute packages - You are purchasing blocks of time, so 3, 90-minute sessions can be a variety of time options. :-)

• 3, 90-minute sessions for $689 (4.5 hours, for an affective rate of $153/hr.) This is the most popular package. (This package can be broken into one 90-minute session and 3 one-hour sessions, or any other combination totaling 4.5 hours)

• 5, 90-minute sessions for $1139 (7.5 hours, or a discounted rate of $151/hr. This package can also be broken into a combination of equitable 1-hour sessions and/or 90-minute sessions.
  Pay for this package now
• 8, 90-minute sessions for $1799 (12 hours for a discounted rate of $149/hr. A $123 savings.) This package can be broken into any combination totaling 12 hours.
  Pay for this package now

One hour packages: Remember that you are investing in blocks of time. You can divide 5, 90-minute sessions into any combination that will equal 7.5. AND you can decide as you go.

• 3, 1-hour sessions for $460, (an affective rate of $153/hr.)

• 5, 1-hour sessions for $760 (an affective rate of $152/hr.)
  Pay for this package now

• 8, 1-hour sessions for $1200 (an affective rate of $150/hr.)

You can, of course, just pay as you go per session.

Pre-paid single sessions

Pay for a 90-minute session $240

Pay for a 1-hour session: $160 (available only after the first session)

Pay for a 45-minute session $120 (available only after the first session)

Pay for a 2-hour appointment $320 (recommended for those traveling 2 hours or more to get to my office)

Make a "miscellaneous" payment. This is to convert any single payment into a package plan after the single payment has been made, or for any other combination or item not shown on this page.

Again, you can decide if you want a package plan at the end of our first session (and convert your single payment into a package.)  You can also combine packages, if you like, and even break 90-minute sessions into two 45-minute sessions.  I am flexible and open to discussing what format might best meet your needs.

Apprentice Referrals

I often get requests from people to offer sliding scale rates. Due to the volume of people I work with and the amount of pro-bono work I do for groups, it's just not feasible to cut my rates any further. However, I do have several reliable apprentices whom I have trained. So while they are building their hours toward certification, they are willing to offer their services at discounted rates. Phone Sessions:

About 75% of my business is via phone clients. So for those of you who don't live in the San Francisco Bay Area, phone sessions are a great option. You can work from the comfort of your home, or office, and do sessions in your jammies, if you'd like. I have been doing phone sessions with people from all over the world for years, and find them to be just as effective as live sessions.

When you book an appointment my assistant will send you instructions before your session, to help our time together be more efficient. That way you'll know what to expect and what's expected of you. You'll also receive an Intake form, where you can detail your issues if you'd like.

I'll make the call to you, (within the Continental U.S.), saving you toll charges. I record the sessions and send you an audio so you can listen to your session later, if you'd like.

Phone sessions are at the same rates as office visits. Your fee must be paid in advance, however, by credit card or check via PayPal. You can download the tapping points and instructions, in advance, on our Free Stuff page.

Urgent, Same-Day Rates (for existing clients only):

Whenever possible, I offer same-day urgent sessions, billed in 20-minute increments, at $70 per segment. Since my schedule is usually booked, I may have to juggle other obligations around to fit you in. If I am free, I will take you right at the moment...but frankly that's rare.  However, I will do whatever is possible to see you or talk with you that day.  

I am not available 24 hours a day, however:  My office hours are 9 am to 6 pm (PST)

Workshops

Our workshops are the BEST way to learn tapping techniques to get the best results. Even With hands on instruction and the ability to ask questions you can learn much more in a live workshop than any other way. You will get to work on your own challenges and practice with others and the facilitators on real issues. Web-classes

Online video web-classes are the next closest thing to workshops, and is available to anyone anywhere in the world, without traveling. Check them out. If you missed the scheduled live ones, then you can get the recorded version and tap along any time.

Teleclasses

I offer telephone classes (teleclasses) several times a year. They are always affordable and very popular. Hiking Therapy

Click here to read more about hiking therapy.  This is not coaching to teach you how to hike :-) . It is a way to deal with your issues while getting some fresh air, exercise and sunshine. Hikes are billed by the length of the desired hike and are a 90-minute minimum. I don't charge for my time for travel to and from the hiking location. Hiking Therapy is one of my favorite things to do, and clients love it, since they end up getting much more for their money. 

Group Rates

Our rates vary for group consultations; depending on the number of people and time required, and possible travel, and expenses. Corporate workshops are billed by the day at $2500 a day, plus expenses, if local. Additional fees apply if travel beyond the Bay Area is required. Please e-mail Lindsay for detailed information on Corporate or Group rates.

Pro Bono Work

I also do pro-bono workshops for schools, shelters, hospitals, and other non-profit organizations. Our objective is to make Life Coaching and FT available to everyone.  Level 1 Workshops are usually all day (9-6) for $175. A great bargain. See our workshops page for more information.
